If you haven't played it then please do yourself a favor and play it if you own an older console or hell even emulate the game if you have to. It's even more heartbreaking when you know that they planned to release a sequel but it was cancelled due to low sales. It's such a shame that the game didn't meet sales expectations when it is so clear how much love was put into the game. There are also tons of secret orbs that unlocks various things in the game like concept art, dev videos, fan-art and arenas and characters for the versus mode, oh yeah did i mention that the game even has a vs mode where you can unlock and pick up to 8 characters? And the VS mode is actually fun and not just slapped onto the game.

HOW INSANE IS THAT? Putting in an extra game into the game as a secret?! This game has tons of extra content in the form secret areas to explore, 3 optional bosses and even a secret questline that actually unlocks Mortal Kombat 2. It's very clear how much love the devs had for this game and how much heart was put into it when you see how they designed the areas for this game to correspond with different stages of MK2 (since this game takes place in the MK2 timeline) and when you consider how much extra content they put into the game that most people would miss after completeting the main story of the game. The gameplay is fun, the combat is good, the bosses are great, the different areas of the game are diverse and fun to explore. Does anyone remember this game? I played this game like 2008 with my brothers and it was such a good game that i wish got more recognition.
