Head through and down the hole into The Mines. This time you'll have to blow it up with 2 bombs. Head for the boss of Downpour 2, and after defeating it a new door will appear. But clearing rooms with enemies still has the usual chance of dropping items.

The shop will have no items in it, just the donation machine. I wouldn't bother exploring the rest of the map unless you're really confident playing as The Lost. Now head back through the mirror and you'll be back in your body. Fight your way to the item room, which will be unlocked, and inside you'll find Knife Piece 1.

The layout and enemies are identical, just flipped, enemies will spawn in each room like it's your first time there. You'll be taken to a mirrored version of the floor. Now go to the mirror room and fly into the mirror like it's a doorway. You keep all your items, but you have no health, but you do have a free hit in each room thanks to the Holy Mantle effect, and you can fly. Your character will "die" and you immediately become The Lost. Once you've found them all, go to the white fire and walk into it. You'll have to search through the level until you find the Item Room, an odd indestructible white fire, and a room with a mirror on the wall. When you reach Downpour 2, don't leave until you have Knife Piece 1. Go through this key door and drop down the hole to enter the floor called Downpour. If you still have none by then, just restart. If you don't have a key by the end of Basement 1, you can still have another chance after the boss of Basement 2. The first one you see will be a key door, just open it with a key like normal. After beating the boss of each floor, a new special door will appear along with the usual trapdoor. So every floor in the game is technically 2 floors, like Basement 1 and Basement 2.

The Corpse is a new final floor added with this dlc, reached through a series of multiple other new floors that all have special requirements to get to them.
